Processing Time
Your order is going to be processed at the same or next working day
Shipping Time
The orders are being sent from our headquarter in Germany.
All orders within Europe usually arrive within 7 working days.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for international orders to arrive.
For express shipping, please send an email to hello@our-seaside.com and we will calculate the rates for you.
Taxes
Although we no customer of ours had any problems with taxes or any other charges by local authorities, please inform yourself about your local terms. We are not responsible for any fees.
Arrival
In case your package doesn´t contain your full order, this is not because we messed up your order. We have two different warehouses, so don´t worry. In rare cases we will ship out your product from different locations to ensure you will receive your package as soon as possible. Of course this doesn´t affect the shipping costs.
Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
